Toggle routes and point of interest on and off to keep things simple and avoid clutter.

Download or screenshot before you ride

Cell service can be inconsistent, especially on the south end of the island. Downloading or screenshotting the map beforehand at least ensures that you have a reference point if you get lost with no cell phone service.

Watch Data Roaming (Canadian Visitors)

Some areas of the island may connect to U.S. towers. Turning of data roaming can help avoid extra charges.

Important Riding Tips:
  • Most trails do not allow bikes, watch for signage
  • The only water bottle filling station on the island is located inside of the ferry terminal
  • Plan your time carefully if you are catching the ferry, you do not want to miss it
  • Be cautious near shorelines, some areas have strong currents
